Hospitality is one of our core values as a brand. We seek to welcome all and make every person feel
comfortable.

But as we continue to learn more through our daily monitoring of our state's and government's
communications regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, we understand that hospitality in extraordinary times
like these means taking care of one another - even if that means less direct contact with each other.

We have taken steps to enhance your vehicle-buying and service experience through:

          ● Overnight test drives delivered to your home or office, where our associates will wear gloves to
              deliver the vehicle to you, with the steering wheel wiped down and wrapped in a cover.
          ● Disinfecting all commonly touched areas in all vehicles for precaution at drop-off.
          ● Vehicle delivery for all leased and purchased vehicles, registered to you, with appropriate
              documents for you to sign. We will pick up the signed documents from you when you are ready.
          ● "White Glove" treatment for Lincoln service - leaving a fully-sanitized loaner for your
              use if needed while your vehicle is being serviced.
          ● Allowing the reservation of vehicle that you want to lease or purchase, with a fully refundable
             deposit and no obligation if you change your mind. We will reserve the vehicle for you for 4
             weeks, giving you plenty of time to pick it up when you see fit. Or, we can deliver the vehicle to
             you.

As always, you are welcome to come in and visit us for service or sales. We have increased our cleaning &
sanitizing efforts for your safety. Our entire facility is sanitized numerous times on a daily basis with
anti-bacterial solutions in all high-traffic areas. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the
dealership.

We also have all of our associates dedicated to cleaning their workstations and disinfecting vehicle touch
points throughout the day.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not be offering service hours on Saturdays until further notice.

These are unprecedented and uncertain times. Everyone of us is feeling the difficult social and financial
reverberations, trying to figure out ways to navigate through uncharted territory. This can slow us down,
but there is nothing that can stop us - especially when we work together!
